NASHVILLE, Tenn. (December 20, 2024) --
The "McMahon on Keys"
podcast has partnered with premiere digital/satellite radio
station Kickin' Kountry 101 on an exclusive,
hour-long "Kickin' Kountry Christmas Special" to
reach over a half-million station listeners this holiday season.
The hour-long
program, produced by the "McMahon on Keys" podcast,
features touring musician Jeff McMahon and country
recording artist Maddye Trew as hosts, and, much
like the podcast, spotlights an incredible array of country music
artists you don't hear on terrestrial radio stations every day--from
multi-Grammy-nominated Grand Ole Opry member T. Graham Brown and
"American Idol" alum Alex Miller to iTunes
Top-10 artist JD Shelburne, Canadian chart-topper Brett
Kissel, and the rapidly-rising independent trio American
Blonde (see complete list of featured tracks below).
The "Kickin' Kountry Christmas
Special" debuted on December 15 and received such a
glowing response that Kickin' Kountry 101 has scheduled the program
to air eight more times between now and Christmas. Fans can
access the station on leading platforms like iHeart Radio, Apple
Music, the Kickin' Kountry Radio website and app, and Alexa-driven
devices by saying "Alexa, enable and play WKCK101." Please
visit KickinKountryRadio.com for more information.

“'McMahon on Keys’ began as my
way to help expose developing artists and friends while using my
experience to get beyond the typical interview talking points, as
well as an opportunity to connect with each guest musically and
showcase their talent in a new and unique way," says McMahon. "My
co-host, Maddye Trew, who is a lovely talent and has an even lovelier
heart, is representative of the incredible independent and unsigned
artists who are toiling away in Nashville's musical trenches, while
simultaneously wishing the best for those others with the same
musical dream. She and others like her are why I developed the
podcast."
"I’m thrilled to go on
this adventure with Kickin’ Kountry 101 and 'McMahon on Keys!'" exclaims Trew. "We’re
having so much fun creating the podcast that we want to shine even
more light on our cause and talented musician friends!"
